Comfy bed, abundant breakfast. Greatly enjoyed their on-site restaurant Cafe Imperial, it was good. We recommend this hotel to anyone.
-
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Magnificent location for everything.
-
The beds were comfy in our room. Very clean property. We truly enjoyed the balcony, it was spacious
-
loved the place, enjoyable stay. the venue was just a walk down to jewish museum in prague.
Nothing it was perfect.
-
Equipment and location of the accommodation.
Spa/wellness space is too limited. Too bad that there is no pool. By now it has become clear that it is very difficult to make it in this monumental building.
-
Breakfast was extensive and what was not available, was made. The beds were wonderfully soft. The housekeeping was also very good.
The sauna area. And the prices for the massages.
-
The great warmth of reception and the beautiful rooms and surroundings. Even transport to and from the airport is very well and luxuriously arranged!
-
Excellent breakfast. Good location - near the old town. Very friendly staff with a good knowledge of English.
Room was good but a bit outdated but hygienic.
-
staff, location (also from outside the city, if you know how the metro works)
Spa (super small)

Everything was perfect, very friendly and helpful staff.Room was excellent, bigger than expected, very clean, everything that was needed was present! Excellent breakfast, gluten-free bread and cornflakes, soya milk, everything perfect even for people allergic to gluten and lactose!
-
Service was extremely excellent, friendly staff, clean cosy beds. Photos do not deceive.
Busy street where bedrooms are located close to the noise from the tram. After a conversation we have received another room
-
Friendly staff, price quality ratio of a 5 star hotel. Super room, beautiful hotel, breakfast is perfect, restaurant is a pearl in terms of interior but also in terms of quality.

-
excellent location, all within walking distance, 20 mins from the airport by taxi, tram stop next to the hotel, old town at 10 min walking distance. Breakfast was complete with large assortment and the bar on the ground floor is small but cozy. for the spa/fitness/sauna etc.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful tiles and architecture. Somewhat loud as it is very central, but comfortable beds and atmosphere.
The hotel breakfast could be much better for such a wonderful hotel and unfortunately this takes away some of the magic. The coffee is simply terrible unless you pay extra for it. Walk-in guests get a better selection (through the menu) while you are stuck with the buffet of a 2-3star hotel. Do not get a room including breakfast, but rather order it separately.
